Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator I to develop and implement admission, financial aid, and early outreach strategies that boost enrollment in graduate nursing programs.

The role involves mentoring staff, leading select recruitment programs, and building partnerships with healthcare organizations, alumni, and academic partners to improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of graduate nursing education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations by phone, video, email, text, and in person.
• Respond to inquiries about nursing programs, admissions, curriculum, licensure, and career opportunities.
• Develop relationships with healthcare organizations, alumni, and community partners.
• Represent the College at recruitment events and information sessions.
• Participate in recruitment initiatives to meet enrollment objectives.
• Assist students in understanding academic expectations and program outcomes.
• Coordinate with faculty and advisors to support enrollment.
• Maintain CRM records and track recruitment activities.
