Qualifications

• Eligible To Sit For State Boards.
• ACLS Certification Preferred.
• Must Successfully Complete RN Residency.
• Must Obtain Missouri RN License Or Compact State License Within 90 Days After Graduation Or 30 Days After NCLEX.
• Must Pass Patient Care Orientation Within 30 Days Of Hire.
• ASLS Preferred, But Not Required.
• BLS For Healthcare Providers Within 60 Days.
• Stroke Certification Requirements As Per Unit

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families.
• Plan and implement interventions; evaluate effectiveness and adjust plans.
• Provide safe, effective care under professional supervision.
