Job summary

UPMC Hamot is hiring Graduate Nurses for a full-time Graduate Nurse Rotational Program that starts in June 2027. Nurses rotate through 3 South, 4 South, 4 IU, 5 South, 6 South, 7 South, 8 South, and 8 East to gain diverse clinical experience under mentorship.

You will work with seasoned nurses, participate in precepted rotations, and aim for a strong launch into a nursing career with leadership development and loan repayment benefits.

Qualifications

• Eligible for nursing licensure in the state.
• Diploma, associate, bachelor’s, or direct-entry master’s in nursing welcomed.
• Commit to taking the NCLEX examination within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through hospital units for 6–8 weeks each.
• Provide competent patient care and collaborate with care teams.
• Mentored by experienced nurses and perceptors throughout rotations.
