UPMC Hamot invites Spring 2027 nursing graduates to join the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program, designed to launch your nursing career. You will rotate through multiple hospital units, gaining varied experience with an experienced nurse mentor guiding your learning.

The program starts in June 2027 with 6–8 week rotations across units and ends with placement based on fit, preferences, and hospital needs. As a Professional Staff Nurse, you’ll support patient care on a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma, associate, bachelor’s, or direct-entry master’s degree welcomed.
