Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Nurse Residency with a 1:1 preceptor for 12 weeks and monthly seminars for 12 months.
• Collaborate with nurses on governance committees to support Bristol Hospital’s nursing structure.
• Learn and practice delivery of coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and transition of care.
• Supervise unlicensed personnel and coordinate patient care; learn telemetry for specific patient populations.
