MidState Medical Center is actively hiring Registered Nurses for the Telemetry/Stroke Unit. Current Connecticut RN license is required within 90 days of hire. We support nurses through a Residency program and ongoing learning opportunities to practice at the top of their license.

Qualifications

• Connecticut RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred; Graduate Nurses encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on Telemetry/Stroke Unit.
• Maintain top-of-license practice with evidence-based care.
• Participate in RN Residency program and ongoing learning.
