The position requires an Associate's degree in nursing and is ideal for new graduates. Connecticut RN licensure within 90 days and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Acute Care RN experience preferred.
• Graduate Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year residency program.
• Rotate every third weekend and on holidays.
• Provide patient care in the Telemetry/Stroke Unit.
• Utilize research, innovation, and evidence-based practices.
