Ascension in Indiana offers a nurse residency program beginning January 2027, with options for days or nights and either full-time or part-time schedules. You’ll work with mentors to transition from student to licensed professional while completing simulations and skill labs.

The program includes structured learning, residency seminars, and support in balancing clinical scheduling and departmental commitments, within Ascension's Catholic health system and commitment to care and service.

Competenze

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date (AHA or Red Cross accepted).
• RN license credential from Indiana Board of Nursing within 4 months of hire date.
• Enrolled in or completion of nursing program is required.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school within 6 months of hire.
