Prisma Health’s Nurse Residency Program welcomes new graduate nurses to a comprehensive year of clinical training and professional development. The cohort starts December 7th, and graduates must finish 45 days before start.

The program blends core clinical training with simulations, hands-on mentoring, and ongoing education within the Blount Memorial Hospital setting. Participants work under licensed RNs, completing clinical competencies, quality and safety classes, and hands-on learning with

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Attend all required nursing residency classes and complete clinical competencies.
• Work under supervision of licensed RN to manage clinical situations and documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and infection control standards.
