York Hospital in the WellSpan Health system is offering the Nurse Residency Program for new graduates. This accredited 12-month program supports the transition from student nurse to registered nurse, with mentorship and structured learning to build safe, evidence-based practice.

Hours: 7pm - 7am

Every 3rd Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required
