Job summary

SolutionHealth's Fitch unit in Manchester, NH, seeks a nurse who delivers patient- and family-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will practice within the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model and uphold the ANA standards of care.

Responsibilities include patient/family goal setting, care planning, and using evidence-based practices to improve outcomes. RN supervision and ongoing professional development are emphasized in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active licensure.
• ASN Required; BSN enrollment or commitment preferred.
• Ability to obtain BCLS during orientation and maintain.
• Pursuit of professional certification encouraged within three years.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, delivers care to patients and families using the nursing process.
• Promotes an optimal, supportive environment and engages patients/families in care planning.
• Utilizes current evidence and standards to guide practice and improvement.
• Demonstrates competent clinical practice and critical thinking.
