• Responds to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols.
• Documents patient care meeting regulatory standards and records.
• Coordinates care and delegates tasks to the healthcare team.
• Communicates with medical staff to plan and manage patient care.
• Acts as patient and family advocate.
• Provides compassionate, therapeutic environment for patients and families.
