Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Alabama RN license required.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required.
• No prior experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge and judgement to care for patients with complex needs.
• Monitors patient condition and responds to changes with evidence-based actions.
• Operates and interprets cardiac monitors, ventilators, and other critical equipment.
• Documents care accurately and coordinates with physicians and the care team.
• Delivers compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
• Serves as a patient advocate and supports department goals.
