Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL is seeking a Graduate Nurse to join our acute-care team. You will administer patient care in a hospital/observation setting with supervision from a preceptor and charge nurse, supporting early career development in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role includes mornings 7am-7pm with every third weekend and a path to professional growth through our Nurse Residency Program.

Formación

• Graduate Nurse eligibility with Alabama Board of Nursing; must receive a Graduate Nurse letter.
• Strong foundational nursing skills suitable for acute care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Administers bedside patient care under supervision of a preceptor / charge nurse.
• Assesses patients and develops/revises care plans based on needs and responses.
• Communicates with medical staff, patients, and families to coordinate care.
• Documents patient care accurately and maintains patient safety standards.
• Participates in the Nurse Residency Program and engages in ongoing learning.
