Job summary

Graduate Nurse positions at Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton offer hands-on experience under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will begin providing care to residents while preparing for NCLEX, with training to ensure confidence and safety.

Under supervision you will follow physician orders, document nursing notes, and support daily resident care. The role emphasizes learning, development, and compassionate patient service in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire date
• Proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public

Responsibilities

Hourly rate ranges from $38 to $43 for LPNs and $42 to $47 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay!

About the Role:

Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, Graduate Nurses can begin providing care to residents while they wait to take their NCLEX. Our team will provide supervision and training to ensure you are comfortable with providing care. Your assigned tasks will not exceed your level of academic preparation or outside the scope of your competency level.
