Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Graduate Nurse to join our team under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care in a 135-bed skilled nursing setting.

We offer competitive hourly rates ($35–$42 for LPNs, $42–$49 for RNs) with weekly pay, and opportunities for career advancement within the Webster Manor facility and Athena Health Care Systems family.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire.
• Can be an LPN or RN.
• Provide documentation from your nursing program showing your graduation date.
• Provide proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
• Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care
• Follow physician's orders and render or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs
• Administer medication according to procedure
• Demonstrate correct safety techniques in accord with orientation and training processes of the facility and your specific job description
• Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies and Procedures and protect residents' individual health information
• Other duties assigned by Director of Nursing and other managerial team members
