Job summary

The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham is seeking Graduate Nurses to work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and provide high-quality resident care. You will gain experience across rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings, with responsibilities across care planning, documentation, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have recently graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing program, can be LPNs or RNs, and will have NCLEX licensure scheduling within 90

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire
• Can be an LPN or RN
• Documentation from nursing program showing graduation date
• Proof of NCLEX licensure exam scheduled within 90 days of hire
• Must read/write/speak English proficiently
• Ability to make independent decisions and work with residents, families and staff

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
• Maintain current resident care plans
• Follow physician orders and render care as needed
• Document comprehensive nursing notes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team for holistic care
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families and colleagues

Graduate Nurse opportunities at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham!

Hourly rate ranges from $40 to $46 for LPNs and $47 to $53 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay!

About the Role:

As a Graduate Nurse at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
