Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Overall GPA 3.0+ is required.
• Fluent English (written & verbal)

Responsibilities

• Support key quality management processes including non-conforming product management and FMEA.
• Analyze processes to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Generate and respond to quality metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with production teams and communicate results to leadership.
• Lead quality meetings with internal GF teams and customers, including audits.
• Assist with customer audits and corrective action follow-ups.
