Job summary

Jumia is seeking graduates for its two-year Graduate Management Trainee Programme. You will work across Commercial, Sales and Marketing functions to build vendor relationships, promote top brands, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

The role includes a mentor-led development path and cross-functional exposure. Successful candidates join a structured two-year program, with an above-average intern allowance and a clear path to leadership within Africa's growing e-commerce

Qualifications

Fluent English and strong communication skills.
Commercial mindset with negotiation and relationship-building ability.
Comfort with numbers and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Work in the commercial process from day one, building relationships with vendor partners.
Promote brands effectively and ensure visibility on the platform.
Analyze sales, pricing and assortment data to spot growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to drive sales.
Lead projects with mentoring support and participate in training sessions.
Engage with the graduate network and coaching programs.
