Qualifications

• MA in educational leadership or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Principal license preparation from an accredited institution.
• Professional, full-time experience in the principalship or school leadership.

• Earned doctorate in educational leadership (preferred).

Responsibilities

• (80%) Teaching graduate licensure courses in the Principal License or Administrator License programs.
• Teach primarily online, with opportunities for in-person with district partnerships.
• (18%) Service to licensure programs: recruitment, advising, and district partnerships.
• (2%) Service to department and university: monthly meetings and leadership opportunities.
