LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making and drive growth in the Large Law segment. You will analyze market and customer data, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape sales strategies, pricing decisions, and operational improvements.

Your work will help identify growth opportunities, improve business performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

Be on track to receive a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field by May 2027.
MBA is a plus, but not required.
Demonstrate practical numerical and analytical skills.
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate solid organizational skills and the ability to manage large sets of information and data.
Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and insights.
Identify emerging issues and recommend solutions to address business challenges and support growth.
Ensure compliance with selling and pricing rules, including providing pricing guidance and managing deal approvals.
Deliver training on business goals, sales strategies, and performance metrics to sales teams.
Support contract management and vendor compliance.
Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
Optimize operational processes through automation.
Contribute to special projects aligned with strategic objectives.
