Job summary

Optomi, a top IT staffing firm, invites recent graduates to join Acadomi, a hands-on training program starting January 2027. You will work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to build a foundation in IT recruiting across sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submissions in preparation for client-ready roles.

After completing the program, you will be positioned to enter our Atlanta, Charlotte, DC, or Dallas offices, with a promote-from-within culture, ongoing mentorship, and

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of professional experience – Training provided!
• Drive and determination to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and consultants.
• MacBook Pro or MacBook Air preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives.
• Work with a Team Lead to improve sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submissions.
• Gain experience cold calling and prospecting new business.
• Support the recruitment and sales process to progress to a Technical Recruiter role.
• Meet weekly metrics including phone interviews and submittals.
