Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by start date.
• Three or more years of admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or international education experience.
• Experience with CRM systems or student information systems.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support graduate and international student recruitment through admissions processing.
• Represent SDSU to prospective students and families in recruitment territory management.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and build relationships with academic departments and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the admissions process is a positive experience from inquiry through enrollment.
