Job summary

You will guide international applicants through the admission process, coordinate outreach with partners, and help convert applicants to enrolled students while working with CRM/SIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by start date.
• At least 1 year of international education or admissions experience.
• Experience with CRM or SIS.
• Knowledge of student visas/SEVIS/immigration compliance.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international enrollment and communicate with applicants through each stage of the admission process.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (agents, international partners) and manage IT systems (CRM, SIS).
• Support strategic international recruitment and participate in overseas recruitment fairs and related activities.
• Ensure successful progression from application to matriculation for admitted students.
