The position is part-time (5–15 hours/week) with a starting salary of $19.50/hour and runs Sept 8, 2026 to May 7, 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous facilitation or group leadership experience (e.g., RA, Orientation Leader, Peer Mentor, TA, Student Facilitator).
• Strong public speaking and group facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and outreach abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educational Programming & Facilitation: lead workshops and dialogues for diverse campus audiences.
• Outreach & Relationship Building: promote programs and partner with campus organizations.
• Assessment & Professional Development: collect feedback and participate in program evaluations; pursue ongoing development.
