Phillips 66 is seeking a 2027 University Graduate Intern - Human Resources in Houston (and Bartlesville). The internship develops hands-on experience through strategic HR projects and interaction with HR leaders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or pursuing an MBA.
• On track to graduate between Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Available for a minimum of eleven continuous weeks.
• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.

Responsibilities

• Work on strategic HR projects and talent management recommendations.
• Interact with office and field employees, HR leadership and other interns.
• Participate in diversified training and on-the-job assignments to develop as a great place to work.
• Support internship activities across Total Rewards, HRBP, HR Ops, People Strategy, Learning & Development and Talent Management.
