Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience conducting wetland delineations and ecological field studies.
  • Proficiency with managing and evaluating chemical and biological data using spreadsheets or database software.
  • Familiarity with GIS applications software.
  • Able to travel to job sites as necessary.
  • Must be physically able to conduct strenuous field studies in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct wetland delineations and ecological surveys.
  • Perform field surveys for flora and fauna and assess habitats.
  • Support site characterization and remedial action projects.
  • Assist in preparation of work plans, reports and written communications.
  • Collaborate with team on regulatory evaluations and data management.
