Job summary

Halff in Richardson, TX is seeking a Graduate Scientist I / Staff Geologist I who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027. You will support Phase I and Phase II projects, assist field investigations, and coordinate with clients.

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in environmental remediation, reporting, and regulatory documentation while you develop as a Professional Geoscientist in training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
• No experience required; internship is a plus.
• GIT to be obtained within four years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on field investigations and environmental sampling.
• Support regulatory documentation and reporting (RCRA/CERCLA).
• Complete Phase I and Phase II projects.
• Coordinate with clients and support field efforts.
• Prepare technical reports and data summaries.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in field and reporting.
