Job summary

• Degree in engineering with strong academic record; GPA 3.0+.
• Proven leadership, innovation and people development abilities.

• Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute value in cross functional areas during rotation.
• Serve as engineering liaison between customer teams and internal groups.
• Develop projects meeting customer requirements to win new business.
• Lead development projects with Product Design & CAE teams.
• Provide CAD/background data and maintain engineering documents.
• Develop DVP&Rs, DFMEAs, and PFMEA inputs for projects.
• Oversee prototype builds and support launches with plant personnel.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet Shape and customer specs.
