Job summary

Halff is seeking a Water/Wastewater Graduate Civil Engineer to join our The Woodlands, TX office. You will work on pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design, and construction under supervision, with strong growth opportunities and potential ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in Water & Wastewater Utility projects and Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Design.
• Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
• Desired experience with Civil 3D, ArcGIS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, InfoWater.
• Great communication, team-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer.
• Support Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process, design, and construction.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Water & Wastewater projects.
• Perform drafting CAD work.
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects.
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors.
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.

Halff Is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Water & Wastewater Utilities team in our The Woodlands, TX office. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design and construction. What You Will Do
