Job summary

Halff is seeking new graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Engineer I, Electrical to support our MEP team. The role involves assisting in power and lighting design, performing routine calculations, and developing construction plans under supervision.

You will collaborate with senior staff to ensure design quality, codes compliance, and safe project execution while gaining hands-on experience across multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic infrastructure firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Architecture/Engineering.
• Experience in power and lighting design and performing routine calculations.
• Capable of developing construction plans and specifications under supervision.
• Knowledge of NEC and IESNA.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and modification of electrical systems based on project requirements.
• Create/review detailed schematics and conduct feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
