Job summary

Curry College invites applications for part-time field experience supervisors in the Graduate Education Program. Supervisors will support administrator licensure candidates (Principal/Assistant Principal PreK-8; 5-12; SPED Director/Supervisor) across Boston, North Shore, Metrowest, and Western MA beginning Spring 2027.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of teaching, administrative, and educational leadership, with PAL familiarity and strong technology skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Administration required.
• MA Professional Licensure as Principal/Asst Principal PreK-8; 5-12 preferred.
• Experience mentoring administrator licensure candidates is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with online teaching/learning platforms and tech tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field experience for administrator licensure candidates in various MA regions.
• Support candidate development, assessment, and feedback for leadership readiness.
• Collaborate with program directors, schools, and districts to coordinate supervision activities.
