State Farm is offering a summer UX Research internship in Bloomington, IL, with hybrid in‑office and remote options. You will collaborate with UX researchers, designers and developers to plan and execute studies for digital experiences across statefarm.com, apps, and business tools used by the sales force and employees.
The role targets current graduate students (Master's or PhD) in UX, HCI, or related fields, with emphasis on experimental design and data analysis.

You will work alongside current UX Research professionals to design and conduct user research for a wide range of software and non-software products. Research will take place in partnership with developers and designers. Research areas including customer digital experiences on Statefarm.com®, mobile apps, as well as business tools that are used by our sales force and employees. Work in a team environment to conduct user-centered research (e.g., ethnography, concept testing, task analysis, conceptual design, iterative usability testing, and assessment usability testing) to guide the design, selection, and refinement of products and processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
