Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Technical experience with CADD skills necessary.
• Ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design of Land Development projects.
• Perform schematic design work, calculations and analysis.
• Prepare permit applications and regulatory documents.

Skills

Technical experience with CADD

Knowledge of local codes and design criteria

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET equivalent
