Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record.
• The ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one (1) year of start date.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Land Development projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and design of Land Development projects under supervision.
• Perform schematic design work, calculations and analyses for design projects.
• Prepare permit applications and regulatory documents.
