OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team. You will support planning and design across civil projects, perform analyses, and work with senior staff to deliver people-focused solutions for our clients.

The role emphasizes data collection, design calculations, and CAD work using AutoCAD or MicroStation. We value internships, an EIT, and strong communication as you grow with our multi-state practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit or ArcGIS.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Internship or co-op in civil engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection and analysis to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete tasks.
• Assist in preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and documents.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings.
• Review project plans for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
