Qualifications

• Associate Degree required; Bachelor's preferred in related field such as Administrative or Liberal Arts.
• 2–4 years of HR, people development, career services or employer talent operations experience preferred.
• 1–2 years corporate B2B relations, sales, or outreach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals and objectives set by the Director.
• Enter placement activities accurately into the Career Services Portal.
• Identify job opportunities and assist graduates in securing interviews and jobs.
• Maintain relationships with employers to generate placements.
• Support students with mock interviews, workshops, resume writing, and workforce prep.
• Coordinate with students, alumni and employers to schedule interviews.
