Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program is required.
• Structural engineering emphasis is preferred.
• No professional experience required; internship/co‑op is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structural analysis and bridge design for replacement, rehab projects.
• Support preparation of bridge plans, specs, estimates, reports.
• Use structural design software under guidance of senior staff.
• Perform quality checks and learn design standards and codes.
• Participate in field investigations and construction observation.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders during field assignments.
