Job summary

The role emphasizes student engagement, leadership development, and collaboration across campus units, with on-campus housing as a condition of employment and a typical 11-month pay plan.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Postsecondary Educational Leadership graduate program during the academic year of appointment.
• Experience with diverse student populations and advising individuals and groups.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform programs and services.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with faculty, staff, students, and partners.
• Experience in program development, event planning, and student support services.
• Familiarity with housing/CRM systems (StarRez, Navigate).

Responsibilities

• Support residence hall operations and front desk services.
• Assist with student staff supervision and development.
• Plan and implement programs and engagement initiatives.
• Advise student leaders and support student organizations.
• Respond to incidents and uphold community standards.
• Provide student mentorship and resource referrals.
