Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in the Postsecondary Educational Leadership (Student Affairs) graduate program during the academic year of appointment.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and advising students individually and in groups.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform decisions and programs.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students, and partners.
• Ability to make sound decisions and follow through on actions across programs and service areas.
• Basic experience in program development and event planning, including student organizations and leadership programs.
• Proficiency in technology and systems including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, student engagement platforms, housing/CRM systems (e.g., StarRez, Navigate).

Responsibilities

• Assist with student staff supervision and development.
• Plan and implement programs and student engagement initiatives.
• Advise student leaders and support student organizations.
