Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management or related field preferred.
Acceptance into a Lake Erie College graduate program required.
Knowledge of MS Office and data systems for athletics administration.

Responsibilities

Recruit for softball, identify potential students, and coordinate recruitment with Admissions.
Assist with coaching, facility management, practice and team operations.
Support fundraising efforts, camps and clinics participation.
Handle equipment maintenance and inventory management.
Assist with study table coordination and student‑athlete support.
