Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports management or related field.
• Acceptance into a Lake Erie College graduate program.
• Collegiate stunt experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and integrated software systems.
• Valid driver''s license is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and travel for team activities.
• Growth mindset and teamwork ethic.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for stunt, identify and evaluate potential students and coordinate with Admissions.
• Assist in organization of all aspects of the program, including coaching and management of facility, practice and team operations.
• Support Head Coach in achieving team goals and promoting academic and athletic success.
• Assist with fundraising, camps, and clinics.
• Manage uniforms and equipment inventory.
• Support student-athlete study table scheduling.
• Promote inclusive education and professional development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends and travel for practices and scouting.
• Transport team as needed.
• Act as an ambassador of the college and Athletics Department.
• Adhere to NCAA DII policies and departmental guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head Coach, Stunt or Director of Athletics.
