Graduate Assistant: Residence Life Coordinator
Position Overview: The Residence Hall Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for a Residence Hall on-campus. They are expected to promote and maintain a positive living-learning environment by working closely with the student staff (RAs) to provide residents with a holistic student experience. Additionally, they will manage the operations, development, and community within one of the four halls on Concordia’s Campus. This position directly supervises student staff, monitors interpersonal complications, and manages programming and event planning. They participate in department and campus-wide programming and assessment initiatives and serve in an on-call rotation for crisis/high-need situations.
