Install Laborer Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As an Install Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our installation projects. You will work alongside our experienced technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the installation of drain and sewer pipes for both residential and commercial properties
• Cutting pipes to desired lengths
• Covering pipes with earth or other materials
• Grading and leveling trench bases, using tamping machines and hand tools
• Excavating to lay pipes
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
• Preparing work areas by clearing obstacles and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Providing support to technicians and installers as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Adhering to all company policies and safety regulations

Install Laborer Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING:

• Experience in excavation including pipe installation, pipe bursting, and pipe relining preferred
• Willingness to 'get in the trenches' and expose lines by hand
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines
