Job summary

The SWOSU College of Pharmacy invites applications for a Graduate Assistant in the Pharmacy Department. The GA will assist the Alumni Development Office with coordinating and fulfilling endeavors that enhance pharmacy advancement, including alumni engagement and student recruitment.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Alumni Director and College of Pharmacy Dean, the GA gains essential work and educational experience, while maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating organization, communication, and time

Qualifications

• Graduate program admission and enrollment at SWOSU required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Must contribute to alumni engagement and student recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Alumni Development Office with alumni engagement and student recruitment activities.
• Support the College of Pharmacy Strategic Plan and expand the pharmacy job board reach to students and recent graduates.
• Coordinate with College of Pharmacy Dean and Pharmacy Alumni Director on advancement initiatives.
• Attend meetings and workshops as appropriate; perform other duties as assigned.
