The Monterey Institute seeks a part-time NPTS GA to support the NPTS program chair and CACS advisor. This temporary, non-exempt position pays $17.45 per hour.

Key duties include producing a weekly Opportunity newsletter for NPTS students, assisting the program chair, maintaining spreadsheets of job/internship openings and student achievements, and acting as a liaison with students. Required skills include word processing, internet, email, and database use (Excel, Handshake), plus strong written

Responsabilidades

• Compiles a weekly newsletter of opportunities for NPTS students.
• Assists NPTS program chair as needed.
• Updates NPTS Job/Internship spreadsheet and related records.
• Updates faculty and student accomplishments spreadsheet.
• Serves as liaison between program chair and NPTS students.
• Supports end-of-semester student receptions.
• Performs other duties as requested by the Program.
