The University of Arkansas at Monticello Residence Life Department is seeking a motivated and student-focused Graduate Assistant to join our team. This position provides hands-on experience in residence life, student affairs, student leadership, and community development while pursuing a graduate degree at UAM.

The Graduate Assistant will assist with: Supporting the daily operations of Residence Life, supervising and mentoring Resident Assistants, planning student programs, responding to student

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Admission to and enrollment in an eligible graduate program.
• Ability to maintain satisfactory academic standing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 20 hours weekly in the ResLife office.
• Ability to live on campus and work evenings/weekends as needed.
