Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible presence within the residence halls during assigned shifts.
• Assist with monitoring student behavior and enforcing residence hall policies and procedures.
• Respond to student concerns, questions, and minor conflicts in a professional and respectful manner.
• Conduct routine rounds of the residence hall to ensure safety, security, and facility cleanliness.
• Assist with documenting incidents, policy violations, and maintenance concerns.
• Support emergency response efforts and notify professional staff or campus police when necessary.
• Provide basic guidance and referrals to students regarding campus resources and services.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, room inspections, and occupancy verification as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Residential Life staff regarding hall activity and student needs
