Qualifications

• Enrolled in a graduate program at Belmont University in a related field.
• Strong commitment to promoting hope, unity, and belonging on campus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of belonging trends.
• Experience in event planning or program development is desirable; proficient with Office and social media.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Hope, Unity, and Belonging team to plan and run programs that foster belonging.
• Develop and facilitate belonging training for students, faculty, and staff.
• Coordinate student organizations and affinity groups promoting unity and belonging.
• Research and create resources and materials on hope and belonging topics.
• Assist with data collection and analysis to evaluate HUB initiatives.
• Work with campus departments and external partners to build partnerships.
• Maintain the Office's online presence, including social media and website content.
