The Graduate School performs all administrative functions related to graduate studies at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). Almost 25% of all students at UNCG are graduate students, and 23% of all degrees earned have been at the graduate level. The Graduate School is responsible for creating and maintaining the official graduate student database within the Universitiy's Banner Student Information System for access by all other concerned units on campus. All admissions, activities and issues related to enrolled students, clearance for graduation, assistanships, fellowships, scholarships, health insurance, and awards are administered by the Graduate School.
